Hey gang,
It’s a really busy month for me! I’ll hop right into show schedules:
Tomorrow, Thursday 9/10 is a two-doe-shay - the Bisque is a guest of The Good Time at BCC at 7pm! Except most of the Bisque is out, so it’ll just be me and my dear buddy, Erica Ito!
The party continues at 8pm a new season of Bar-Prov at Young Ethel’s. Every first 2 Thursdays of the month, you can watch a full evening of improv. As a reminder, it’s FREE! (yes, I'll finish one set and run to a different part of Brooklyn for my second show).
On Monday 9/14, I’m a guest doing bits at the Caveat Emmy’s Watch Party! My friend Christopher Morucci is hosting and it’s gonna be a night of the STARS starting at 7:30pm!
The Bisque will be back together for our signature show at Caveat on Tuesday 9/22 at 7pm. Tickets go to support The Brigid Alliance and if you aren’t in NYC, you can buy a livestream ticket and watch for 2 weeks after the show! So really, you have no excuse not to buy a tickie here. Early bird tickets are available until September 15th.
Then, I’m doing a play! At the Philly Fringe! Hrotsvitha Hremixes is three new adaptions of 10th Century convent dramas by Hrotsvitha of Gandershiem. If you think - sounds really boring - you’d be wrong. She basically rewrote Latin sex comedies about how horny it was to be a martyr, so it’s a very funny time. I’m really enjoying rehearsals, so if you are in the Philadelphia area on September 25, 26 and 27th, tickets are pay what you can. I’d love to see you!
Finally (speaking of two-doe-shays) on Saturday 9/26 at 4pm, I’m doing a charity show at Caveat for 826NYC - Improvising The Hero’s Journey! 826NYC teaches young people creative writing and they are a great organization. My friends at Seaweed Brain Podcast and others are hosting, and then I get on a train to do the evening show of Hrotsvitha in Philly - come on down. Live stream tickets are available for this too!
