I have a BUNCH of shows in September - so buckle up.

You know how much I love competitive improv and believe all art would be better if there was more competition? Just kidding, I don’t think that, but that said, The Bisque is indeed in an improv competition at Second City NYC!

This Tuesday Sept 9th at 7pm, we’ll be competing in The Bentwood Open - if we win, we move on to the semifinals! If you are in NYC, come to Brooklyn and get a ticket will ya? Use the code BENTWOODOPEN5 at checkout for $5 off - audience votes do count in part to get us to the next round. Oh yeah and there’s money if we win the whole thing, which we would donate to The Brigid Alliance!

Speaking of the Brigid Alliance (a perfect transition), we have our quarterly fundraising show at Caveat on Wednesday September 17th at 7pm - tickets go to The Brigid Alliance, an abortion access network. We’ve got great guests and early bird tickets are available through the 10th. As always, you can watch a high quality VOD if you can’t catch the show live or live elsewhere. You can watch a whole week later, so really, no excuses :) Tickets here, be a doll and buy themmmmmm.

Ok and I also have free shows the first two weeks of the month at Young Ethel’s at 7pm with The Bar-Prov Experiment. So you missed this week’s but you can come on the 11th this month!

Always feels dumb to promote shows during unprecedented times but I’ve been doing it for years and CANNOT STOP. That’s what you signed up for right?
