I dunno, is that my new intro? “People of the page” feels a little dumb. I may stick with “Hey gang”…

Quick lil update: I'm in a coffee shop, attempting to write a pilot and procrastinating by writing this blog!

I’ve got a show this Sunday at Asylum - Edge of 30 is a variety show with some of the best NYC standups, character performers and sketch teams (including mine) out there! It’s 9:30pm and it’s gonna be a blast.

Also, GOLD Comedy is still absolutely coming in hot! My GOLD sponsored sketch team No Worries If Not will have some of our sketches featured in Catalyst Content Festival at the end of this month! It’s my first time with my work being featured in a film festival so I’m very excited to be going.

Speaking of No Worries If Not, I love the talented women on my team. Here’s a newish video written by the brilliantly talented Maggie Maxwell, featuring me (and Nora Walls) in very blond wigs. I also edited this one and let me tell you, this sketch really passes the Bechdel test.

Hi gang,

I took July off from writing, including this lil blog :) I hope everyone is enjoying summer and taking time to play and breathe. Here’s some updates:

I’m now a published comedy writer! GOLD Comedy published two of my comedy articles: a think piece about the Muppets and a satirical piece about preferring a zombie apocalypse to your office job. Check ‘em out.

Also, GOLD Comedy has been releasing some more sketches from No Worries If Not. Watch them below for some silly stuff.

That’s it! I’m working on some other projects and I’ll keep you posted when they launch.

Hi gang,

It’s been a very big month. I got covid, I’m getting laid off from my day job, and I had a complete existential crisis. I’m fine by the way! Both from the covid and the lay off. Since the panini began in 2020, it’s been a whirlwind. So I had a meltdown, and now I’m feeling like it’s time to try something new, and dream about what possibilities await me.

I’ve got a sketch show with Grandma’s Favorites (formerly Dark with a Chance of Stupid) this Thursday 6/16 so please come on out - 8:30pm at The PIT Loft, tickets here for only $10. It’s gonna be a silly show with both live and video sketches.

Also, the digital sketch team I told you about last month, GOLD Comedy’s No Worries If Not, released our first video. I edited it! And I’m a small part in it. Super talented and hard working women in this group and I’m very lucky to be in it. Watch it below!

Exciting announcement: I’ve just joined GOLD Comedy’s digital sketch team, No Worries If Not. It’s an all-lady group of extremely funny, talented people, and I’m so excited to work with them. I’m frantically editing our first video which will drop on Monday 5/23 - so keep an eye on my social and follow @goldcomedy on insta and tiktok, and everything else you can think of.

I’ve got more announcements and shows coming in June - all exciting :)

On a personal note, I’m feeling very tired, and worry I’m burning out. Between the day job, acting and writing, and everything else in my life (plus the general stress of the current state of affairs), I’m a little overwhelmed. So, if you are like me, remind yourself it’s still a panini and life is coming at you fast. Rest when you can, and say “no” to as many things (or people) as you like.
