Hi everyone,

Remember how last month I did Asylum NYC’s Character Parade ? Well, if you want to watch the full set, go no further than the video below. It was my first time ever doing any of these characters in person (and some of them at all), so it was a big learning experience and lots of fun. Thanks to Asylum for the opportunity and I hope to do more characters around the city!

I’ve got some shows coming up! Tomorrow 3/11 , Loser Boy is a last minute guest of Settle for Less Improv at pinkFROG cafe in Williamsburg. Tickets are free, just a $10 food/drink minimum and show is at 6:30pm.

I have a sketch show on March 17th (St. Paddy’s Day!) at 9:30pm at Asylum NYC: Dark with a Chance of Stupid. We’re gonna be a monthly show now - so keep an eye out and get your tickets!

Loser Boy has our monthly show at The Tank on Monday March 28th at 7pm - get your tickets here.

Other projects to be announced but that’s it for now. March is always a difficult month in the northeast so be gentle with yourself while the weather works itself out. The world will be in bloom soon.

Hi everyone,

I’m writing a little earlier than usual because I have a fun announcement: I’m going to be in Asylum NYC’s Character Parade on Saturday, February 12 at 7:30pm. I’m doing a set of my original characters (including some new ones) and it’ll be fun! There’s a bunch of other folks on the line-up, so get your tickets here if you are in town.

Again, you need to be fully vaccinated and wear a mask while seeing the show. This is true for all the shows I do, cuz that’s Covid, Baby!!

It’s my birthday on Monday, and I wish I could say I was feeling graceful about it. Instead, I’m having a panic. Everyone has struggled during the pandemic - and I would consider myself very lucky through it all. But it’s hard not to feel like time is pushing on and my career as a creative person was stalled, at least a little. And then, that feels really dumb to worry about because nearly 900k people are dead in this country. But I digress.

And if I’m being entirely honest, I think I’d be having a birthday hissy fit even without a global pandemic. Just my adorable personality. So I am trying to approach my birthday with gratitude. Every time I go onstage, I realize what a gift it is and how none of us should take live performances for granted. Or for that matter, really anything for granted.

I’m sure I’m going to have a mini-birthday meltdown anyway, as is tradition. (This is a big birthday. A nice even number.)

But I have survived my Saturn return, I am surrounded by people who love me, and I get to do dumb comedy things in the city I love. So I have a ton of gratitude.

May February be happy and healthy for you all. Send me grace so I’m not a huge pain in the ass to everyone around me.

Hahaha, remember when I said Loser Boy was going to compete in CAGEMATCH at Asylum on Thursday 12/16 at 11pm?? Omicron had other ideas. So we are competing in CAGEMATCH this week - January 20 at 9:30pm at Asylum in Chelsea. We win based on the number of votes we get so come thru. I know it’s still a little dicey out there but the venue requires the audience to be fully vaccinated, wear masks the whole time, and sold at half capacity, so please go get your tickets here.

Loser Boy also has a monthly show at The Tank on the 4th Monday of the month (with some exceptions, looking at you, April 18th) so if you are looking for a fun, inventive comedy show with killer rotating line-ups, check us out! Our next show is Monday January 24th at 7pm and we can’t wait to see you all there!

The peak here in NYC seems to be slowing, but everyone should still be safe out there. Check in on your neighbors, work with a local mutual aid (if there is one in your neighborhood) and remember to be kind.

Busy! As we hurtle toward the end of 2021 (wut) I’ve got several announcements. I’m not going to bother doing a recap of the year because I can’t. I gotta get through December first.

Eeek, ok the exciting news is, I signed with a manager! I’m now with Tsu Tsu Stanton of Tsu Tsu Unlimited and I’m really excited to be working with her. Looking forward to the new year and new bookings :)

Also, I’ve got an awesome sketch show this Wednesday 12/8 at 9:30pm at Asylum: Dark with a Chance of Stupid! Get your tickets here. In October, we had a really killer show and I think this month is going to be even better.

Also, Loser Boy has two more in-person shows - Monday 12/13 at 7pm at The Tank: Form-ication (gross) and we’ve got a killer line-up: Howard Hendrix Powell for stand-up and Higgins (of old U*right C’zens B…fame) for improv! And of course, Loser Boy doing some fresh forms/prov.

We are also in CAGEMATCH at Asylum on Thursday 12/16 at 11pm - we fight another improv team to the death :) You gotta vote for us, so get your tickets here.
